Remuneração competitiva

We value your expertise and pay per lesson, not per minute. Earn between €3.00 and €5.00 per 25-minute session, providing you with a rewarding income.

Requisitos do professor de inglês

  • English Speakers - Must originally be from one of the following countries: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Philippines (Min. C1 English Level)
  • Certificado TEFL, TESOL ou CELTA - É necessário fornecer uma cópia do seu certificado.
  • Requisito de idade  - Between 20 yrs - 65 yrs old
  • Disponibilidade  - Commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week (spread over 2 separate days).
  • Teaching experience required  - Candidates must have a minimum of 2 year of teaching or training experience. Corporate or business experience may also meet this requirement if you've done training or have been in a leadership role.
  • Business English Experience  - Preferably, possess knowledge and experience in teaching Business English or have professional work experience. This background enhances your ability to connect with and engage our students of working professionals effectively.
  • Freelancing  - Enjoy the freedom of being a freelance tutor, responsible for your own tax declarations.

  • Reliable laptop/PC with webcam (teaching with tablets or phones not supported).
  • Good internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps download & 10 Mbps upload; wired Connection).
  • Backup power (UPS) for areas prone to power cuts (especially South Africa).
  • Quality headset/earphones and Microphone for clear audio.

Informação da Classe

  • Engage in 1-to-1 video chatting with students.
  • Sessões on-demand 24/7 para alunos e tutores.
  • Os alunos fazem login para encontrar e selecionar um tutor para reservar.
  • Each lesson lasts 25 minutes, and we encourage tutors to be ready 2-5 minutes prior.
  • Design your own teaching material (customized to each student's needs). We do offer great conversation resources for adult lessons. Feel free make use of online teaching resources and leverage the power of ChatGPT. 
  • Flexibility in cancelling lessons: Tutors and students can cancel lessons 4+ hours in advance without penalties (with valid excuse).

  • Our students primarily consist of working professionals.
  • Students come from various regions worldwide, primarily Europe, and Asia.
  •  Peak teaching times at present:  8am-12pm UTC+2

Tell Class Pay

  • From €3 to €5 per 25min. per lesson (Depending on where you live & nationality) 
  • Receive 100% payment for no-show or last minute regular students cancellations.
  • Payments made monthly to your Euro Wise.com account, with low currency transfer fees. Some countries also offer direct payments in Euro, ZAR, and PHP. (Min. €20 payment threshold)
  • Earnings are automatically tracked and calculated.
  • Salaries are paid by the latest 5th of the following month.
  • Enjoy referral bonuses of €20 for each new student that signs up for a monthly lesson plan using your referral link.

Processo de aplicação

  • Fill in the application form with details, profile photo e profile video introducing yourself to a "pre-intermediate level student" - (30 sec.-1.5 minutes long).
  • If your application stands out, we will request an online casual interview and demo within a few days. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and assess your teaching abilities.
  • Upon successfully passing the interview, you will undergo orientation training. This consists of watching a series of training videos at your own pace, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes.
  • Once you've completed the training, you can immediately set your availability and start receiving bookings from eager students.

* Please note that all new approved tutors will be on a 1 month probation.
